Inside the walls of the Missouri Governor’s Mansion, guests will have the opportunity to step back in time and learn about our state’s history. The Missouri Governor’s Mansion is one of few executive residences in the United States open to the public. Tour reservations are required for all visitors and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. It is recommended that you schedule some additional time in between your tours because of the distance between the Capitol and the Governor’s Mansion.

Free guided tours are given by our volunteer docents thanks to the support of the Friends of the Missouri Governor’s Mansion Docent Program. Missouri Governor’s Mansion guided tours are provided throughout the year. A photo ID and/or additional information may be required before entering for security purposes.

Please click here to make your reservation. Once you have booked your tour, please read all the information carefully to fully understand the Mansion guidelines. For questions or concerns, please call 573.751.4141.
