JC Parks and the Capital Region Amphitheater are proud to announce Big Fans of JCMO, a first-ever free community concert series at the Capital Region Amphitheater, marking the venue’s first free concert series in its six years of operation in Jefferson City. This month's main act is Bobby Showers Band with special guest Downside Up.

Jefferson Landing State Historic Site is excited to invite you to another season of live music on the Lohman Lawn. These are family-friendly, BYOC (bring your own chair) events, so bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic suppers for a summer of music that captures Missouri’s music traditions, past and present.

Sip, sip, hooray! The Battle of the Brews is back for another round! Returning for the tenth year, this fundraiser features local brews, live music, and delicious food trucks.

Prison Break

Prison Break - Slip N Slide

This isn’t your typical fun run! The Prison Break will challenge you with every step, but you’ll cross that finish line with a renewed sense of endurance. On August 23, runners will set out on a 3+ mile course to test every facet of their athleticism. They will face wall climbs, mud pits, army crawls, and more. Breaking out of prison isn’t easy, and this course won’t be either. Are you ready to be pushed beyond your limits?
