Landing After Hours: Missouri Mobsters

When we hear terms such as “gangster,” “mafia” and “organized crime,” we usually think of cities such as New York and Chicago. However, Missouri has its own extensive mobster history. Join Missouri State Museum Interpreter Carrie Hammond to learn about crime families such as The Green Ones, Egan’s Rats and The Cuckoo Gang.

The Missouri State Museum's "Landing After Hours" program is held the first Wednesday of each month at Jefferson Landing State Historic Site, 100 Jefferson St. The Lohman Museum will be open from 6 pm to 7 pm, and the program will start at 7 pm. Convenient parking is available in the lot next to the Lohman Building.
