“Give ‘Em Hell, Harry” is a portrayal of the life and presidency of Missouri’s favorite son, Harry S Truman, as performed by Truman’s oldest grandson, Clifton Daniel. This marks the first time in history an American President has been immortalized on stage by a living descendant.
Clifton Daniel is the son of Margaret Truman and Clifton Daniel, Jr., managing editor of the New York Times. An accomplished actor, Daniel is also a prolific writer and lecturer and honorary chair of the Truman Library Institute.
