Partners for Youth Music Festival

Join the YMCA for music, food, drinks, and fun, and help raise funds to support the YMCA's Outreach Fund, which provides programs and memberships for deserving children in our area! Bring your friends, your lawn chair or blanket, and your appetite and get ready to dance the night away. Enjoy music from Dave Baker Band, Forrest & Margaret McCurren, and Shiloh.

Show Me State Airshow

Two days of fun with breathtaking aerobatics, tactical military demonstrations, and a chance to experience living history as WWII warbirds take to the sky. Come celebrate the 80th D-Day anniversary with us as we recognize WWII veterans from Missouri. There will be STEM booths for youth, as well as, a kid's area. Food and merchandise vendors, veteran assistance groups, and central Missouri businesses will also have booths set up. Climb in some of the ground displays of aircraft and military vehicles; then check out the classic car show. There is fun for the whole family!

When: Sept. 14-15, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Tuff Mutts Poker Strut

Join us for a family and pet-friendly stroll on the Greenway Trail, while playing a game of 5 card draw. It starts at the JC Animal Shelter and ends at Last Flight Brewing Co., with 3 stops along the way. At each stop, you draw a card and get a treat from one of our sponsors. It's an approximately 3-mile loop that you can walk, run, or bike.

Barrels & Beats

Enjoy flights of top whiskey or wine. Premium Cigars or Specialty chocolate from The Chocolate Factory is your pairing. Great hors d'oeuvres and live music will be playing throughout the evening.

This event benefits youth in the Cub Scout, Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Exploring Programs in the Great Rivers Council.

Oktoberfest in Old Munichburg

Celebrate the historic German heritage of Southside JCMO at the annual Oktoberfest in Old Munichburg. Activities include craft and food vendors, main stage entertainment, Muenchberg Beer and Wine Garden, Kids' Corner, Dachshund Derby, costume contest, the Mid-Mo Old Car Club, and more!

When: Sept. 28, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Where: Dunklin St.

Bone Thugs -N- Harmony at MUCR Amphitheater

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, the Cleveland, Ohio, group comprised of Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, Wish Bone and Flesh-N-Bone, started as a five-person group in 1991. Ex-member Bizzy Bone retired last year.

The group is known for hits like "1st of tha Month" and Eazy-E tribute "Tha Crossroads," which won a Grammy in 1997.
