Taylor Shines: The Laser Spectacular

It’s two hours of non-stop Taylor Swift hits seamlessly blended with the world-famous touring Laser Spectacular & Light show!  The show also features large-screen video projection, 3-D glasses, and all the mind-bending effects the Laser Spectacular is famous for.

DJ Tiff is an extraordinary on-stage presence that has the Swifties singing along with their favorite Taylor Swift hits.  Joined by DJ JC, the two performers propel Taylor Shines to a thoroughly enjoyable evening for moms, dads, and all the Swifties in the family.

Porchfest JCMO

The porches of Forest Hill Ave. and West Main St. will be filled with music and art while the street is full of activities, food, and fun for the whole family.

Backyard Movies: "House on Haunted Hill"

After years of successful backyard concerts, Jefferson Landing State Historic Site is extending its backyard series to include movies! Join us on the lawn of the Lohman Building as we watch Missouri's own Vincent Price thrill and chill in one of his best horror roles in 1959's "House on Haunted Hill." Fill your thermos with hot cocoa, bring a lawn chair and blanket, and enjoy the show!

High St. Trick-or-Treat

Give 'em pumpkin to talk about at High Street Trick-Or-Treat! Halloween fans of all ages are invited to stroll downtown JCMO as they gather a stash of delicious treats.

When: Oct. 26, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Parson Family Fall Festival

Governor and First Lady Parson invite you to The People's House for the annual Parson Family Fall Festival. Vendors and activities will include a bounce house, face painting, trick-or-treating, and more. Children 12 and under are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.

Jefferson City Jaycees Trunk-or-Treat

Grab your candy bags and head to the Jefferson City Jaycees Fairgrounds for the annual Trunk-or-Treat!

When: Oct. 27, 2 - 5 p.m.

Halloween at the Landing: The Conjuring of Scary Stories

Join the museum coven in their lair for some Halloween fun! They will be reading traditional American scary stories from Alvin Schwartz’s “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark,” some Ozarks-based stories, and the story of Missouri’s Witch Queen Bevers. There will also be Halloween-themed crafts and potion experiments
